Terms of use

Last updated

By using weathertommorow.com (“Weather Tomorrow”, “the site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Forecasts

Forecasts on the site come from National Weather Service (NWS) data. A forecast is an estimate and can change. A page may not show the latest NWS update. How each page is built is explained on how our forecasts work.

Not a source of official warnings

The site is not a government website and is not a source of official weather warnings. For watches, warnings and advisories, use weather.gov and follow your local officials. Do not rely on this site alone for decisions about safety, health or property. You use the site at your own risk.

Provided as is

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it is accurate, complete, timely or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its content.

Content and credits

The text, design and code of the site are copyright Weather Tomorrow, except as noted here. NWS forecast and alert data is in the public domain and is not subject to copyright. Other sources, such as GeoNames postal code data, are used under their own licenses and are credited on the about page. You may link to any page on the site.

The site links to other websites, such as weather.gov. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content. Ads on the site are provided by an ad network, and what they link to is the advertiser's responsibility.

Privacy

What the site collects is explained in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we update this page and the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions about them can be sent through our contact form.
